She Lifts Favourite Olympic Weightlifters!

@emilyjade_gb

Emily Jade was the FIRST ever British woman to win an Olympic medal. Emily won a silver medal in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics with a huge 283 total (122kg snatch and 161kg clean and jerk). Emily is incredibly humble and down to earth. She is an inspiration to every woman young and old in the sport.

@mattiecakesssss

American athlete Mattie Rogers is another one of our faves. Mattie is a 3 time silver medalist at world championships, an Olympian and holds the USA record snatch, clean and jerk and total. Her relatable content and wholesome personality make her an incredibly likeable athlete.

@debbie.a_9

Debroah does it all! Not only is she an elite athlete picked to compete in the commonwealth games 2022, British and English champion and record holder. She is a medical and PHD student! Talk about multi-tasking! Deborah's ability to handle it all gives inspiration to any woman feeling like they don't have time to start a new sport.

@whyliecanlift

Whylie definitely can lift! The British born athlete now represents Jamaica and has been selected to compete in the 2022 commonwealth games. Starting as an elite powerlifter Chloe now competes as an elite Olympic weightlifter. She has previously won gold in both the English and British championships and most recently competed in the 2022 world championships.

@fraer55kg

Last but not least we have Fraer Morrow. Fraer in a mini powerhouse! She is the 3x British record holder in the 55kg category. She has been selected to compete in the 2022 Commonwealth games and has her sights set on the 2024 Paris Olympic games. Fraers beautiful technique and incredible numbers make her one to watch for the 2024 Olympics!
